Water treatment equipment for chemical industry

Release time:2022-07-13
The chemical industry includes chemical pharmaceuticals, polymers, coatings, oils, agricultural chemicals, petrochemicals, etc. Each industry has different requirements for pure water quality. Today, we will explain the water treatment equipment used in the chemical industry.

The chemical water treatment equipment processes the raw water through particle activated carbon filters, fine filters, compressed activated carbon filters, etc., and then enters the pump to pressurize and use the aperture to convert the high concentration water into low concentration water. At this point, the industrial raw water has removed impurities such as pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc. contained in the water, thus meeting the requirements of pure water for industrial use.

The chemical pure water treatment equipment adopts RO reverse osmosis technology, which is currently one of the water treatment technologies in the market that can achieve high purity of pure water quality, with a cleanliness of about 99%.

Explanation of Chemical Pure Water Treatment Equipment:

1. The equipment adopts a two-stage reverse osmosis+EDI+mixed bed desalination water treatment process, which not only meets the requirements of desalination water use but also ensures the effluent resistance.

2. The complete system has a high degree of automation and adopts PLC automatic control. The system has strong stability and stable water output.

3. The water treatment equipment of Shanghai Yishuo has improved the utilization rate of water and provided high cost-effectiveness for the equipment.

4. The equipment uses Dow reverse osmosis membrane imported from the United States, with a service life of up to 3 years.

5. The incoming water tank of the equipment is at a low water level. When the water tank is short of water, the system will stop running. Both manual and automatic operations cannot be performed when the system stops running.

6. The startup cleaning time is controlled at around 30 seconds. After the reverse osmosis has been running for a period of time, scheduled cleaning can be performed, and the cleaning time and timing can be set.
